There is a wide offer of accommodation offers available in Benicassim and along the Azahar Coast. The town has great summer holiday homes, a wide range of hotels and some fantastic apartments in the centre. For those visiting the town for the FIB Festival, who don't wish to camp onsite, it comes highly recommended to secure acocmmodation in Benicassim itself, before opting for nearby Oropesa and Castellon.
Benicassim is a small traditional fishing town, that in the last 10 years has seen the rate of tourism grow immeasurably. This has obviously caused this town to rapidly develop networks of holiday accommodations such as hotels, apartments, hostels and and much more to meet the needs of those coming to the beautiful Costa Azahar.
One of the major events that are celebrated in Benicassim is the FIB Festival, a date which you must plan for well in advance, since the town swells with thousands of festival goers. Whilst it is easier to secure accommodation in nearby Oropesa del Mar or Castellon, returning to these towns once the music finishes can be complicated, as taxis are in very short supply and there are limited bus services.
The prices of accommodation change depending on the season. A hostel is always a great and cheap choice no matter what the season is. They have a great ambiance, are usually have a great location. Hotels usually range around 100 per night and apartments go up to 200 euros in some cases.
